The service
Pickyroo is a free set of browser games that pick a random entry from a list you supply. It is provided as-is, for entertainment. There is no account, no subscription and no payment.
Not a gambling service
Nothing on this site involves staking, wagering or winning money or anything of value. The slot machine and dice games are animations for choosing a name from a list; there is no prize, no purchase and no chance to win anything.
Don't rely on it for anything serious
The randomness is implemented carefully and is described in detail on the about page, but this is a free website with no audit, no certification and no guarantee of availability or correctness. Do not use it where the outcome carries legal, financial or regulatory consequences — prize draws requiring a certified process, allocation of anything of significant value, or anything a regulator would want evidence about. Use a properly audited service for those.
Your content
The names and lists you enter are yours and stay in your browser. You are responsible for what you type, and for what you publish if you share a link containing your list. Do not use the site to publish material that is unlawful, defamatory or harassing.
Availability
The site may change, break or disappear without notice. Saved lists live in your own browser storage, so clearing your browser data, using private browsing or switching device will lose them. Use the share link if you need a copy of a list you care about.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickyroo is provided without warranties of any kind and we accept no liability for any loss arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code and text belong to its operator. You are welcome to use the site itself for whatever you like, including in a business, a school or a fundraiser, and to link to it freely. Do not copy the site wholesale and republish it as your own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
