How to play Tight Lines
- Every name becomes a fish, patrolling the pond at its own speed.
- Cast the line and wait — the bite comes somewhere between one and four seconds, never the same twice.
- Leave it on automatic and it strikes for you.
- Or switch on let me strike myself: you get a second and a half to tap the water or hit the button.
Your list is shared across every game on Pickyroo — set it up once here and the wheel, the races and the bracket will all be ready to go with the same names.
Questions
What happens if I miss the strike?
The fish genuinely gets away and the line goes back out. The next bite is a completely fresh draw — missing does not quietly hand it to whoever was chosen first.
Which fish bites?
One drawn with a fair weighted pick the moment the float settles. It then breaks off its patrol and heads for the hook.
Is this good for a classroom?
It is the calmest game here — one cast, one pause, one name. Use full view mode to put the pond on the projector.
