How to play High Card Draw
- Everyone gets a card off the same shuffled deck.
- Cards flip one at a time, so the tension builds as the high card gets harder to beat.
- Aces are high. A genuine tie sends only the tied players to war for fresh cards.
- Weighted names are dealt extra cards and keep the best one.
Your list is shared across every game on Pickyroo — set it up once here and the wheel, the races and the bracket will all be ready to go with the same names.
Questions
Is the deck properly shuffled?
Yes — a Fisher-Yates shuffle driven by your browser's cryptographic random number generator, dealt without replacement, exactly like a real deck.
What happens on a tie?
War. The tied players are dealt fresh cards off the same deck, as many times as it takes. Nobody wins on a tiebreak nobody can see.
How many people can play?
Sixteen, which keeps every card readable. The deck reshuffles if a big weighted table runs it out.
